Carbide-Tipped Circular Saw Machine
The cutting section adopts an oblique slide (from the upper oblique direction) cutting mechanism. Featuring high precision positioning to within +/- 0.01 mm and ensuring a rake angle optimized for bar steel materials, the cutting section stably achieves high speed, high precision cutting.
The saw blade is a very important factor in realising high speed, high precision cutting. Therefore, we developed a unique carbide tipped circular saw that cuts cleanly, generating virtually no burrs.
Adoption of oblique slide (from the upper oblique direction) cutting as well as a cemented carbide pad, which dampens the vibration that results from cutting, help limit wear of the blade. As a result, the service life of circular saws is greatly increased, which positively contributes to reduction in running costs.
The input section includes an easy-to-read liquid crystal touch panel. The panel is highly readable and reasonably arranged, allowing the operator to generate machining data, register auto operation programs and the saws to be used.
The saw head shorter cutting distance, achieves to reduced lead time.
Once workpieces are simply placed on the slightly titled loading table, unattended continuous cutting operation at the maximum working speed of the CMB-75CNC will begin. The loading table can handle a total of ten (max. 2 tons) 75 mm dia. round steel bar workpieces at one time.
